The GeoJSON contains the complete reviewed station projection at that time: coordinates (longitude, latitude), stored OSM tags, mapped fields, water/dump capabilities, unknown and withdrawn states, station last-confirmed time, aggregate 90-day inputs, and freshly calculated confidence. Unknowns are retained. Keeper OSM references do not reconstruct the full merge/edit history.

Station observations are not guarantees of present access, conditions, water safety, fees or hours. Seed observations are not site confirmations. Confidence is calculated only at the snapshot time; rolling-window counts require a fresh extract for a later state.

No account identifiers, emails, individual report rows, private suggestions, personal notes, photos, sessions, billing records or device location are included. Station coordinates identify stations, not a device. No accepted user-originated station or original member text is included in this reviewed release.
