Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of FillPoint RV, a service operated by Sonic Team West LLC. The public website is available now; native apps, interactive member access, and paid subscriptions become available only through official FillPoint or app-store enrollment.

What FillPoint provides

FillPoint provides informational leads about RV water fills and dump stations. Confidence and freshness indicators summarize available evidence; they are not guarantees. Conditions, access, safety, potability, fees, hours, and legality can change. Verify on site and follow posted rules.

Accounts and subscriptions

Production map access is intended for paid members at $39 USD per year. Taxes or store-specific amounts may apply, and no charge occurs until you complete an authorized checkout. Store billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also governed by Apple or Google terms. Restore purchases in the app; account-deletion requests are available from Settings and the FillPoint website.

Your contributions

You may submit factual confirmations, categorized problems, notes, or private location suggestions. Submit only information you have the right to share. Do not submit personal, dangerous, fraudulent, defamatory, or copyrighted material. Suggestions may be reviewed, rejected, merged, edited for clarity, or removed.

Confirmations and categorized reports can contribute to published station-level freshness, counts and confidence. Raw reports and private suggestions are not part of the database download. We check publication rights before adding original submitted text or a private suggestion to the offered database; this notice does not claim a retroactive license to that material.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass paid app access, manipulate confidence, interfere with security or impersonate others. Automated access to the interactive service requires written permission. These service restrictions do not limit rights granted under the Open Database License for the offered station database, including copying, adaptation, redistribution and commercial reuse.

Third-party services and data

Map display and underlying data may come from Mapbox and OpenStreetMap contributors. Directions may open a third-party navigation app. Those services have their own terms. OpenStreetMap attribution and a free, machine-readable copy of the derived station database are available on our data and attribution page. The database license does not include app software, branding, artwork or third-party map tiles.

Availability and changes

Features and platform access may roll out gradually. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; correct data; or restrict access to protect members and the service. Offline access, coverage, and platform availability are not guaranteed.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, FillPoint is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, safety, or noninfringement. Never rely on the app as your only water, sanitation, emergency, or navigation plan.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FillPoint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on location information or third-party services.
